Samarjeet Singh
Chairman, TIG
Fondly known as Samar, he plays the Chairman role for Iksula and is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share and rightly positioning Iksula in the e-retail and omni-channel space.
Samar is an ecommerce veteran having started in this space in 1999. He has a passion for founding and starting ventures, Iksula being his 3rd start-up. He was in the founding team of the erstwhile chaitime, and the leadership team of Baazee.com, which was later acquired by eBay.
He has been honoured as one of the ’50 Best Digital Marketing Professionals’ for his contribution and achievements towards the industry at the Mobile & Digital Media Marketing Summit. He has also been recognized for his ‘Outstanding Contribution to E-retail’ by The Indian Retail Awards.
He holds a B. Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation, and has done an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Goa Institute of Management. He is a cricket fanatic, and you never want to be on the other side of a cricket bet with him.

DJ, as he is known, leads the delivery organizations and leads strategy and planning for Iksula. The three business units report to him, with HR and Finance having a dotted line reporting to him. He is the primary driver for all new business solutions, process improvement initiatives, technology solutions and data science initiatives for the organization.
He carries a diverse range of experience spanning channel sales, product management, data science, category management and digital marketing during his 18 career years. Before Iksula, he used to lead the Sales and Marketing team for Future Group’s ecommerce team, and prior to that he led Category Management and Strategy for eBay India. He had started his career in Onida Televisions.
DJ holds a B.Tech degree from the ISM-IIT Dhanbad, and an MBA from IIM Kolkata. When not taking care of his 22 month old son, you will find him immersed in his Kindle, watching F1 races or sliding up and down price charts.

At Iksula, Anurag drives strategic solutions and customer engagement within Iksula’s customer ecosystem.
Anurag’s professional career spans over 17 years in tech products and services, during which his main areas of focus have been Product & Functional, Strategy, and Business Development. As an entrepreneur, he has co-founded two tech/data companies. He regularly advises start-ups on growth and product development and has in the past helped with fund-raising strategies. In an effort to support the community, Anurag has worked with early-stage ventures and guided them in operationalizing and scaling their business models.
With a keen eye for detail and always laser-focused on customer needs, Anurag has helped open new markets and implement the right product solutions. He regularly posts on LinkedIn and is happy to network and share ideas.

Rohit has around 19 yrs + knowledge of the technology services industry and is highly capable of developing new business, business strategies, strengthening existing client/customer relationships, client facing business leader, lead farming, business acquisition, partnering with Global SI’s and fortune 500 companies building strong business development teams and delivering projects within tight deadlines.
Worked with Global clients (especially in US, UK, Italy, South Africa, Vietnam, HK, France, Turkey and Middle East). In year 2014 to 2015 Rohit was Stationed at UK, London
As an eCommerce expert, he has serviced best Indian companies in Digital segment in the last 19 years, building channels worldwide for them. Rohit has vast knowledge in emerging technology and trends including: Data Science, /ML/RPA, Block Chain, IOT, Cloud computing, Agile/Dev Ops and Infra Transformation. Worked in numerous clients of diversified industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Ceramics, Manufacturing, other than Retail, CPG.

Shantanu has an impressive 21+ years’ experience in BPM operations management, presales, solution design, and client relations. He has been an integral part of the leadership teams of renowned IT and ITES organizations including Infosys, TCS, and Coforge.
He has worked extensively across retail and CPG value chain, where he led next-generation supply chain solutions, scaled reporting and analysis, SP&A, F&A, HRSS, CS, Collections, Digital marketing, Process Automation and IoT engagements. He has contributed in building and implementing organization standards, service quality framework, business reengineering, and process enhancements.
A successful mentor to high-potential analysts, Shantanu provides consultative services on Next Gen Supply Chain Solutions, Master Data Mgmt, and BPS Solutions. He is an economics graduatez has completed his eMBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Business Statistics certification from Sikkim Manipal University.
Shantanu is an avid sportsman and likes playing badminton and soccer. In his free time, he engages himself in writing and blogging.

Abhishek heads the Technology Delivery function at Iksula. He is responsible for managing large delivery team spread across the country.
After completing his Masters from IIT Bombay, he took the lead for product management, appointed as a key driver for Solutions & Strategy, process setup and client consultation and solutioning during his 9+ years of experience with Iksula.
Abhishek has shaped the journey of various major e-commerce players in India as well as various players in US, Middle-East and APAC, while leading the e-commerce Solutions & Technology Business at Iksula.
